LCBF self-cleaning filter is based on the innovative design of Bernoulli principle, with simple structure and extremely high operational reliability. It is specially designed for continuous filtration on pressure line filtration systems, and is able to remove particulate impurities from various water qualities such as seawater, river water, groundwater, circulating cooling water, etc. It is easy to operate and maintain.

 

Working principle
LCBF filter drives the cleaning disc with a cylinder, when the cleaning program is started, the piston cylinder drives the cleaning disc down into the filter element, the unfiltered liquid inside the filter element passes through the gap between the cleaning disc and the inner wall of the filter element, the liquid flow rate around the cleaning disc increases, and the pressure around the cleaning disc decreases due to the Bernoulli effect. The suction action generated by the low pressure causes the clear liquid from the outside of the filter element to backwash the inner surface of the filter element, so that the particulate impurities on the inner surface of the filter element fall off and discharge the filter with the unfiltered liquid.

 

 

Features

· The structure is simple and reliable, with only two moving parts (cleaning disc, blowdown valve);
· Non-contact cleaning, particles will not be extruded out of the filter element, excellent impurity removal effect;
· It can maintain a stable low pressure difference during cleaning and blowdown, less than 0.011MPa;
Very low working pressure requirements, minimum 30KPa;
· The flow range is wide, and the flow rate of a single machine is 30~3000m3/h;
· Uninterrupted flow during self-cleaning;
· Filtration accuracy: 0.2~2mm;
· The installation form is flexible, either horizontally or vertically.
