How it works

When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the outlet of the inner conduit of the reverse force (air intake) filter element is closed by reverse stop, and the gas is from the inside to the outside, from the bottom to the top, disturbing the liquid, generating a huge turbulence, forcing the filter cake on the surface of the filter element to quickly peel off the filter material and completely fall off. In order to prevent the phenomenon of filter residue hanging on the wall and hanging core when the tank filter element is discharged, the bottom turbulence is also discharged when the sewage is discharged. This greatly reduces a series of heavy labor such as opening the large flange of the tank, cleaning and disassembling the filter element, installation, pressing, leak testing, etc., and saves a lot of time and cost, improves the operation time of the equipment, and reduces the maintenance cost
