The water containing impurities enters the filter from the inlet, first flows through the coarse filter for coarse filtration, and then enters the inner cavity of the fine filter for fine filtration, and the filtered clean water flows out from the outlet. The filtered impurities are adsorbed on the fine filter screen, and thus the pressure difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the filter screen is formed. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the pressure sensor transmits a signal to the controller, and the controller opens the blowdown valve and discharges from the blowdown, and as a result, the pressure of the hydraulic motor cavity and the impurity collector and the chamber drops, thereby producing the negative pressure suction similar to the vacuum cleaning principle, and the impurities on the surface of the filter screen are discharged to the sewage chamber through the sewage collector and the hydraulic motor with the backwash water, and are discharged through the sewage discharge hole. Draining rotates the hydromotor and debris collector to allow the entire strainer to be flushed. The large filter also has a drive cylinder to control the longitudinal movement of the contaminant collector and prevent it from moving too fast, allowing the entire screen to be flushed by the nozzle. The entire backwash process is automatically controlled in just a few seconds and does not interrupt the main water flow during the self-cleaning process.
