Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the company's indicators, decompose the indicators, formulate and implement the phased sales plan, lead the team to complete the sales task, and ensure the team's leading performance.

2. Responsible for leading the team to implement the assessment system, reward and punishment plan, clarify the standards and quantify them to the team, and supervise the assessment in real time.

3. Responsible for the management and control of special affairs, strictly control the proportion of special affairs of the team, and sign and review the subscription information and special affairs and other materials.

4. Organize and hold daily work meetings, weekly and monthly meetings, temporary meetings, etc., sort out customer situations, arrange and solve business problems.

5. Adjust the sales rhetoric according to the market and customer feedback.

6. Solve customer complaints in a timely manner in accordance with the company's system and report them in a timely manner.

7. Responsible for the negotiation of real estate consultants and forcing customers to ensure the improvement of customer transactions and conversion rates.

8. Responsible for or cooperate with the formulation of customer expansion plans, and lead the team to tap customer resources through multiple channels.

9. Daily patrol inside and outside the case site to ensure that the reception service conditions of the case site meet the standards.

10. Keep abreast of the dynamics and status of all team members, and market a good team atmosphere.
